Dentate Flower Coral [Lobophyllia dentata]
Description
As the name suggests, this species shows prominent, tooth-like projections along the edges of its lobes. Underwater, divers can see a thick, meaty coral structure with a textured surface that catches light and shadow. When polyps are active, the coral can look more “alive” and detailed, especially in gentle current.
