Acropora florida [Acropora florida]
Description
Acropora florida is known for its branching growth that can range from subtle to strikingly colorful, depending on conditions. Divers may notice its bushy, coral “trees” that create a textured habitat across the reef. Like other Acropora, it’s frequently surrounded by small fish and invertebrates that use the branches for shelter.
