Acropora filiformis [Acropora filiformis]

Description

As its name suggests, this coral grows in thin, thread-like branches that can resemble a delicate net or fringe. Divers see it as a fine-textured coral that adds movement to the reef when currents gently sway the branches. It’s a great spot for spotting small fish that weave in and out of the coral framework.
