Acropora aduncata [Acropora aduncata]

Description

Divers often spot this branching coral as delicate, finger-like arms that form a busy, lacy thicket. In clear water, its tips can look especially bright, and the structure becomes a mini-habitat for small reef fish and invertebrates. At a glance it may resemble other Acropora, but its overall branching style and dense growth make it stand out on healthy reefs.
