Ivell’s Sea Anemone [Edwardsia ivelli]
Description
Divers often spot Ivell’s sea anemone as a small, delicate anemone clinging to rocky substrates or among crevices. When conditions are calm, its tentacles can look like a soft, living fringe, gently swaying with the current. With a bit of patience, you may notice subtle contractions and expansions as it responds to water movement and passing prey.
