Pacific dumbo octopus [Grimpoteuthis pacifica]
Description
In the deep, divers may spot this “dumbo” octopus drifting above the seafloor with its ear-like fins. It moves slowly and deliberately, using its webbed arms to feel and gather food while keeping a calm, hovering posture.
