Description
Divers may find Acanthosepion stelliferum near sandy patches adjacent to reef, where it can cruise close to the bottom. Its presence is usually noticed by quick movements and brief pauses as it inspects the substrate. If you slow down and watch the habitat, it may reappear repeatedly in the same area.
