Whiskers [Duncanopsammia]
Description
Duncanopsammia is famous for its “whisker” appearance—long, delicate-looking tentacles that can extend from the coral’s base. At close range, divers may see the polyps sway slightly in the current, creating a lively, almost feather-like effect.
