The stunning Phi Phi Islands offer a diverse underwater playground, from dramatic wall dives to colorful reef explorations. Keep an eye out for resident blacktip reef sharks, gentle turtles, and an abundance of vibrant reef fish darting through the clear waters. Some sites even present opportunities for exploring intriguing underwater caves.

Continued excellent conditions, peak of the dry season.

Water starts to warm up, visibility still good. Beginning of warmer season.

Warmer waters, visibility can decrease slightly due to increased plankton.

Start of the rainy season, occasional showers but diving often still possible. Plankton blooms can attract pelagics.

Rainy season in full swing, visibility can be reduced. More chance of seeing whale sharks if plankton is abundant.

Continued rainy season, potential for rougher seas. Focus on sheltered dive sites.
Aug
Peak of the rainy season, diving conditions can be challenging. Still possible to see whale sharks.
Sep
End of the rainy season, conditions start to improve. Visibility slowly increases.
Oct
Transition to dry season, visibility improves significantly. Good time for macro photography.
Nov
Excellent diving conditions return, clear waters and abundant marine life.
Dec
Peak tourist season, ideal diving conditions. Great for spotting larger pelagics.
